We examine properties in detail to see if it has the potential to be renovated, subdivided, extended or redeveloped.

Quality/affordability

We prioritize projects where we can deliver an exceptional experience at an affordable price.

Residential and commercial spaces

Commercial rents are our principal source of revenue for multifamily and mixed-use properties.

Livability

We look at properties with close proximity to amenities such as local coffee shops, bus, trains, etc.

Acquisitions

We typically seek 30 units or more; however, we pursue smaller projects in important submarkets, as part of a portfolio, or where there is a major value-add component.
