Commercial rents are our principal source of revenue for multifamily and mixed-use properties.
Livability
We look at properties with close proximity to amenities such as local coffee shops, bus, trains, etc.
Acquisitions
We typically seek 30 units or more; however, we pursue smaller projects in important submarkets, as part of a portfolio, or where there is a major value-add component.
